I was drawn to the financial industry because I realized that behind every number is a person, a family, and a dream. Growing up in Bogota, Colombia, I developed an early appreciation for resilience, hard work, and the importance of family. I saw how financial stability can open doors and create opportunities, and how thoughtful planning can transform lives. Witnessing firsthand the power of proper guidance inspired me to pursue a career where strategy meets service.

I earned my degree in Industrial Engineering from Escuela Colombiana de Ingenieria in 2004, followed by a post-graduate degree in Organizational Management from Universidad de los Andes in 2007. My professional journey has included diverse leadership roles, from representing Colombia's Ministry of Environment at the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies in Israel in 2010 to leading ISO 9001 certification efforts for Empresas Publicas de Cundinamarca in 2015. I've also completed certifications in internal auditing and project management, and I obtained my Life and Health Insurance License in Georgia in 2024.

For the past two years, I've focused on private client services in the financial industry. I manage the client experience from start to finish, serving as the primary point of contact. I handle onboarding, coordinate account setup, oversee service requests, and make certain all processes run accurately and efficiently. Working closely with advisors, I transform complex financial processes into clear, actionable solutions.

What I enjoy most is building meaningful relationships with clients. I love learning their stories, goals, and priorities. Every situation is different, and understanding what truly matters to each person allows me to create a smooth and personalized experience. My clients would describe me as attentive and proactive, someone they can count on for clear communication and genuine care. The greatest value I provide is trust and consistency. I take time to understand their needs while delivering reliable support.

I currently live in Atlanta, where I enjoy exploring its neighborhoods, diverse culinary scene, and strong sense of community. The city offers incredible professional opportunities along with rich history, culture, and growth. My family remains my source of support, guidance, and inspiration. Their values shaped how I approach my career. They taught me the importance of helping others, staying committed, and building strong relationships. Knowing they believe in me motivates me to strive for excellence every day.

I've also dedicated time to volunteer work, teaching adults to read and write through a Catholic church and working with a Christian foundation supporting children facing financial difficulties. These experiences have taught me the value of patience, empathy, and making a tangible difference in people's lives. What keeps me motivated is helping clients feel supported and confident in their financial journey, being part of meaningful outcomes as plans come together, solving problems, and contributing to their long-term success.
