I grew up in Miami and made the move to Georgia in 2020, a decision that taught me something I now carry into every client interaction: building security takes intention, and the right preparation makes all the difference.

In my role as a New Business Coordinator, I guide life insurance cases from application to issued policy, keeping advisors, carriers, and clients aligned at every step. I think in systems and details, which means I spot what could slow a case down before it does, and I move with the kind of urgency that the work demands. When underwriting requirements need to be fulfilled or a timeline needs to be managed, I treat it as a priority because I know it is one for the family waiting on the other side.

That is ultimately what grounds me in this work. Life insurance is not a transaction. It is the promise that if the unthinkable happens, the people someone loves most will still have a foundation to stand on. I take that seriously with every case that crosses my desk.
